I felt a bit all over the place with my content before working with Barbra. Her feedback and expectations on ways to refine my book idea were consistently clear, and she listened to my perspective. I developed more clarity on the work’s focus and on organizing the content to meet reader needs, and confidence in my idea. Having an “outside” perspective to guide developing a book proposal for my motherhood topic has also been surprisingly helpful. And I now know how to approach proposal sections and the quality of writing needed.
